Joan H. Herron (brief biography) is the President of HERRON
CONSULTING. She has extensive experience working with private, public and
not-for-profit clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.  Ms. Herron has
published articles on economic development, site selection and industrial site
certification, as well as retail redevelopment projects, and is a recognized
speaker at conferences and seminars.  Following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita,
she was an invited participant in the “Gulf Coast Reinvestment Forum,”
sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the International Economic
Development Council (November 2005), and the “Governor’s Round Table on
Gulf Coast Reconstruction,” sponsored by Governor Haley Barbour and the
State of Mississippi (March 2006).
HERRON CONSULTING is a professional services company.  We offer a wide range of services

real estate market analysis; corporate site selection; project performance/economic impact

Robert Price (brief biography) is a Director, with extensive experience advising corporate clients
on location and site issues that impact organizational performance and profitability.  On a typical site
selection program he manages the input of a cross-functional client team, including design,
construction, technology, logistics, operations, HR, legal, taxation, real estate and other
professionals.  His background includes major automotive assembly plants, general manufacturing,
headquarters, back offices and distribution facilities site selection programs.  He has also worked
extensively with utility companies and IPPs on energy facility siting and permitting issues.  He is
well-versed in community economic impact assessments, and community site certifications.

Complex assignments sometimes dictate that a wide range of skill sets be applied so that our client's
