stakeholders to evaluate the characteristics of the existing regional workforce and characterize
underemployment trends. Client: Regional chamber of commerce
Corridor Plan. Participated in the completion of a redevelopment and engineering study for a major
heavily-traveled corridor in a suburban community. This included recommendations and a master plan
that will enable the community to upgrade the uses, appearance, utilities, and infrastructure of the
urban transportation corridor in a cost and time efficient manner. Client: City government

regional economic impact analysis for a state-of-the-art
research and technology park. This work also included
